Things are very uncertain right now. In times of crisis and panic, we usually come together with friends, family and our local communities. This is nearly impossible right now with social distancing. However, that does not mean we are totally at a loss. Here are a few things you can do today to help others and yourself.
1. Turn off the news
2. Call 5 people and check on them
3. Get some fresh air
4. Buy from local small businesses
5. Get some exercise
6. Meditate
7. Start a gratitude journal
8. Learn a new skill
9. Stretch your body
10. Listen to your favorite songs and dance it out
11. Skype your family
12. Cook a new recipe
13. Hydrate
14. Send a care package to family or friends
15. Donate money to relief foundations
16. Relax, watch a movie
17. Send reassuring messages and information to friends and family who need it
18. Turn off the news
19. Get up and get dressed, even if you are staying home all day
20. Eat well and get sleep
